  • At Robin’s Nest, I believe that every body is a beautiful canvas, and I love celebrating EVERYbody! I want to make sure your dream sweater or large-scale project is within reach, no matter the size. To support your creativity, I offer an all-inclusive volume discount so you can get the yarn you need to create a garment that fits you perfectly.

    Please note: These codes apply to full (100g) skeins only (excludes minis, half-skeins, and sale items).

  • If you need to make a return, you must do so within 30 days of purchase for store credit/refund. The item must be unused, and in its original state. Any skeins which have been cut are excluded from being returned.

    Returned goods must be in saleable condition, in original packaging and unaltered in any way.

    Once I have received your skein back in house and if it is accepted, you will be given store credit or a refund for the cost of the skein minus shipping cost incurred (to and back from you). If your returned skein is not in saleable condition, I will contact you back to discuss our next step.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

  • All sales will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Dyed to orders will ship within 2-3 weeks unless noted on the product information page. Preorders will ship on or by the date noted on the product page. 

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at rnfiberarts@gmail.com

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
